Rangers Die Casting has 14 aluminum die casting cells ranging from 300-ton to 700-ton to accommodate various cast aluminum components. Our machines are equipped with Tymac shot controls for efficient production of aluminum die cast components, aluminum die castings, aluminum die casting alloys and various prototype casting to meet production needs.. We cast aluminum alloys 380, 383, 384, 360, 413 into high quality die cast aluminum parts.

− 450-ton die cast machine with Wolniak low impact shot system, Sterlco die heating and temperature control system, automatic spray unit, automatic plunger lube system, automatic ladle and 900 lb. gas holding furnace.
− 550-ton die cast machine with automatic spray unit, automatic plunger lube system, automatic ladle and 900 lb. gas furnace.
− 625-ton die cast machine with automatic spray unit, automatic plunger lube system, automatic ladle and 900 lb. gas furnace.
− 700-ton die cast machine with UBE low impact shot system, Sterlco die heating and temperature control system, automatic spray unit, automatic plunger lube system, automatic ladle and 900 lb. gas holding furnace.

We also have a complete assortment of CNC milling machines, deburring equipment and automated cleaning systems for final production and preparation of aluminum die cast parts.
